WINEMAKING

Winemaking at Varias is a craft learned through experience, patience and precision. Students work directly in the vineyard and winery, participating in every stage from harvest and crush to fermentation, ageing and bottling. Guided by skilled winemakers and supported by industry-leading technology, learners build a deep understanding of wine production and regional varietals. This hands-on, immersive approach develops technical ability, sensory awareness and an appreciation for both tradition and innovation in the art of winemaking.
