WSET Level 1 in Wines


This course prepares students for an entry level job in hospitality.  It covers the basic product knowledge and skills about wine and how to sell them.


  • An eight (8) hour course with a 45 minute closed book exam
  • Delivered in a single day face to face
  • Nine (9) wines are tasted throughout the course
  • Wine and food exercise included
  • Date of delivery:  Tuesday 6th October 2026 10am - 5pm
  • Cost is $390 (GST inclusive)
  • Course materials will be provided on the day of training delivery

WSET Level 2 in Wines


This course teaches students to taste and describe wine using the WSET Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine ®(SAT) and how environmental factors, grape-growing, winemaking and maturation options influence the style and quality of wines made from eight principal grape varieties from over 70 geographical indications (GIs) around the world. And more.


  • A sixteen hour course with a 60 minute closed book exam
  • Delivered face to face in two hour blocks on a Tuesday from 6 – 8.00pm, one block each week for 8 weeks (see dates below)
  • Eleven hours of personal study is recommended during the course delivery
  • Over forty wines are tasted throughout the course
  • Dates of delivery: 29 September until 17 November 2026. Exam on 24 November 2026.  Cost is $1,130 (GST included) - $250 deposit up front and remainder to be paid 2 weeks prior to commencement of course delivery.
  • Course materials will be provided to you once deposit has been paid to enable preparation.

WSET Level 3 in Wines


This course provides a detailed understanding of grape growing and winemaking for individuals seeking to delve deeper into the world of wines. Students will learn about how the key factors in production of wine influence the characteristics of still, sparkling and fortified wines. Students will learn how to explain wine style, describe their characteristics and evaluate their quality using the WSET Level 3 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine ®(SAT). And more.


  • A thirty hour course with two exams – a 30 minute closed book tasting exam and a two hour closed book theory exam.
  • A combination of face to face and online delivery – see details below
  • 54 hours of personal study recommended during the course delivery
  • Over 60 wines are tasted throughout the course
  • Dates of delivery:
  • Face to face – Wednesday 14 October 2026, 10 – 5.00pm
  • Online – Tuesday’s 6 – 8.00pm weekly, 20 Oct until 24 November 2026
  • Face to face - Monday 11 January 2027 + Tuesday 12 January 2027, 10 – 5.00pm
  • Exams – Thursday 14 January 2027, 10 – 5.00pm
  • Cost is $1,855 (GST included) - $250 deposit up front and remainder to be paid 2 weeks prior to commencement of course delivery.
